Thomas S. Greenspon

Tom Greenspon is a strategy and technology consulting executive with more than 30 years of professional experience leading organizational transformations and large scale ($500M) businesses. For Booz Allen Hamilton, a $5.2B Global leader in management consulting, strategy, analytics, and systems development, he recently led the largest vertical account in the firm’s Defense Group. For this $590M business, including US based operations and Booz Allen’s presence in Europe and the Pacific, Tom was responsible for revenue and profit growth, cost management, quality control, and all personnel decisions for this 1800 member organization. Tom also led an executive team including 4 Sr. Vice Presidents and 7 Vice Presidents across all technical and business disciplines. During his 20 year career at Booz Allen, Tom developed numerous leaders who made the transition from mid-level management to becoming officers in the firm at the Sr. Vice President, Vice President, and Principal levels. Prior to Booz Allen, Tom held leadership positions with the VMI Foundation, Inc. as a Development Officer, and as a Sales and Operations Manager with Federal Mogul Corporation.
A former US Navy Flyer, Tom served on active duty from 1985-1994 and is a combat decorated veteran of the First Gulf War.
Tom received his undergraduate degree from The Virginia Military Institute and his MBA from The George Washington University where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. At VMI, Tom was Captain of the varsity lacrosse team and worked as an editor for the college newspaper.
Currently Tom is a Trustee on the Board of the VMI Foundation, and is also a Board Member for the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). He has been very active in youth sports in Loudoun County, VA serving as the commissioner for Western Loudoun Lacrosse; as a boys and girls coach; and is a past member of the Northern Virginia Lacrosse Officials Association. In addition to watching his son and daughter compete on the basketball courts and lacrosse fields, Tom is an avid golfer, skier, and outdoorsman.
John D. Rogers
Vice President, COO
John Rogers is a sales and business leader with over 25 years experience with branded consumer products companies in the B2B market. In his most recent role, John led the Foodservice division of GOJO Industries as Vice President of Sales & General Manager. GOJO is a global manufacturer of commercial skin care with brands such as Purell, GOJO and Provon. As GM, he was responsible for all aspects of the business including strategic planning, budgeting, sales & marketing planning and execution, resource allocation and talent management/development. John was a key member of the North American and Global Leadership teams. Prior to GOJO, John worked in sales leadership, national/global account management and channel development roles with Fortune 100 companies Scott Paper Company, Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Newell-Rubbermaid.
John received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College and his MBA from Kennesaw State University where he is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. John was an All American in both football and lacrosse while at F&M and served as team captain for both teams. As a senior, he was recognized as the Outstanding Male Athlete, the athletic departments highest honor. He was inducted to F&M Sports Hall of Fame in 2000.
John is also an Alumnus of the American-Swiss Foundation Young Leaders Program which brings together American and Swiss leaders from a variety of disciplines to facilitate interaction on socioeconomic and geopolitical issues facing our respective countries.
After years of coaching youth & high school sports, John currently spends time in the stands watching his three sons compete on the lacrosse field. John also enjoys crossfit, triathlons and obstacle races.
